Anatomy Course and Project for Comprehensive Teacher Training

• Course Completion Time-Limit Policy

• Policy Overview: All students enrolled are subject to a strict timeline per module to ensure material retention and timely certification.

• Clause: Students have exactly one (1) year from the official date of their online enrollment to complete all components of ANY MODULE OF A COMPREHENSIVE TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM THROUGH THE PILATES TEAM DIGITAL COURSE ACCESS. If the module is not completed within this twelve-month timeframe, the student’s access will expire, and they will be required to re-enroll. Please note that re-enrollment will require full Enrollment Fees and Tuition Costs at the then-current rate.

• Deferral Exception: Students who must defer their training due to personal situations must obtain an official, written Letter of Deferring Approval from their designated Master Educator prior to the original one-year deadline to pause their timeline and avoid re-enrollment fees.

• Quizzes and Exams Re-Test Fee Policy

Section: Examination Requirements and Remediation

• Policy Overview: This policy outlines the consequences and fees associated with failing to complete all required module assessments within the standard duration.

• Clause: If a student fails to complete all Quizzes and Exam requirements within the standard one (1) year time-limit of ANY MODULE OF A COMPREHENSIVE TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM THROUGH THE PILATES TEAM DIGITAL COURSE ACCESS, a $100 Extension/Postponement Fee will apply to reset or extend the testing window. Furthermore, at the discretion of the academy, the student may be required to re-take all previously passed Quizzes and Exams related to the module to ensure comprehensive competency.

• Deferral Exception: Students who must defer their training due to personal situations must obtain an official, written Letter of Deferring Approval from their designated Master Educator prior to the original examination deadlines. Please note that the $100 Extension / Postponement Fee will still apply even with an approved deferral exception. Students who fail to complete their assessments on time without proper written approval will be considered expired and may be subject to full Enrollment Fees and Tuition Costs to clear their records.

• Final Project Presentation and Graduation

Section: Final Project Presentation Late Submission Requirements

• Policy Overview: This policy governs the submission timeline for the final milestone required to obtain a diploma.

• Clause: Students are allotted exactly twelve (12) months to complete and submit their Final Project Presentation, which serves as the final milestone of the Comprehensive Training Course journey and is required to obtain a diploma. This timeline is strictly based on the valid dates indicated on the student’s Apprentice Teaching Certificate. Late submissions without prior approval will result in failure to graduate, and no diploma will be presented.
