Mat and Reformer Teacher Training
Welcome to your Mat and Reformer Teacher Training Program!
The Pilates Team Teacher Training Program follows a structured pre-study process for each Pilates Movement module. This process is essential to prepare you for teaching each exercise effectively. Our approach focuses not just on the execution of each movement but also on developing your ability to critically think about the intention behind each exercise. Mastery of both the performance and understanding of movement intentions is a prerequisite for learning how to teach each exercise with confidence.
Our goal is for you to complete this program as a thoughtful, critically thinking teacher who can confidently teach every exercise—or a suitable variation—tailored to any population that enters your practice. Whether you are teaching group classes or offering private sessions, the ability to adapt exercises to meet the needs of diverse clients is essential.
Pilates Teacher Training involves a significant amount of information but rest assured that our program is designed to help you learn how to teach with clarity and effectiveness

Mentoring
Mentoring is a supportive relationship where an experienced individual (the mentor) offers guidance, advice, and encouragement to a less experienced person (the mentee). The goal is to promote both personal and professional growth by sharing knowledge, expertise, and insights. To assist with fulfilling your mentoring requirements, we offer a variety of pre-designed mentoring opportunities.
