Course Access and Completion Timeline
- 12-Month Window:Â Students have exactly 12 months from the date of purchase to complete the Reformer Instructor Course in its entirety. Extensions are not provided.
Equipment and Facility Access
- Student Responsibility: It is solely the student’s responsibility to secure and arrange access to any required Pilates Reformer equipment and adequate practice space necessary to complete the coursework and exams.
Insurance and Legal Compliance
- Liability Protection:Â The student is solely responsible for obtaining their own professional liability insurance.
- Local Regulations:Â Students must ensure their own compliance with any local government regulations, permits, or operational protections required to practice or instruct Pilates in their jurisdiction.
Media and Recording Consent
- Video Submissions:Â Students, as well as any clients or volunteer models utilized by the student for practice or assessment, explicitly agree to being video recorded as part of the course evaluation process.
Medical Clearance
- Assumption of Physical Risk:Â Students, clients, and models participate at their own risk. It is the strict responsibility of all participants to evaluate their own health and obtain a physical or medical release from a physician prior to participating in any portion of the training program, if they feel it is necessary.
Waiver of Liability
- Hold Harmless Agreement: No participant—including students, clients, or models—shall hold The Pilates Team, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or associated entities responsible for any physical injury, lack of financial compensation, or any other claims of negligence arising from participation in the Reformer Instructor Training program or process.
